Madison High School
We are commissioning the 296,000 sf Madison High School renovation. Portland Public Schools is rebuilding the 1958 facility to serve the city’s most diverse student population. Significant portions of the existing building have been demolished and are being replaced with over 170,000 sf of new construction. The remaining buildings will be fully renovated to create a seamless new school. The project includes a new Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) wing, and a new Performing Arts and Career Technical Education wing that will bring together state-of-the-art music and theater facilities with real world robotics, engineering, and digital media labs.

The construction and facilities teams “on the hill” create and maintain some of the most ambitious and beautiful healing spaces in the world. Process mechanical lead for Intel. Reported directly to Intel RA4 project manager regarding acid/solvent waste, process gas/chemical, and a large RODI water system. Participated in programming, creation of design-build bid documents, and the construction contract award. Represented Intel as the LEED Commissioning Authority, supervising the design reviews and commissioning/closeout process.
Los Angeles Community College Bond Building Program
Los Angeles, CA
$5 billion program on nine campuses
Provided a program-level solution to help the district with contractor delivery of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Hired a commissioning coordinator for each campus (9 total) and armed them with program materials to assure that buildings on every campus were delivered to the same standards.
